Holden Chadwick started LLS after taking an involuntary hiatus from being a practicing attorney. As a practicing attorney, and solo practitioner, he wished he had more help and specifically someone he could contract out when he got busy to accomplish things like service and other legal conundrums that plagued him. He also wanted to be able to help those who needed the help, but didn't necessarily need legal advice. Enter Landmark.
Holden has experience writing and winning *nearly* all the appeals he has written (over 20), as a paralegal and practicing attorney. He understands the issues that may confound most legal assistants because he took and passed the Colorado bar and has nearly six years of legal experience. Before law school, Holden did service of process in Boulder County and found that although no one wanted to be served, it was an essential part of the legal process. When moving to Mesa County, he noticed that the service of process options were few and far between, and typically unreliable.
